Heat Technology, Inc. (HTI) is a volume manufacturer of
high performance thermal solutions including heat sinks, heat exchangers,
thermal interface materials and thermal adhesives. Thermal analysis and
engineering services to invent new heat sink technologies for solving complex
heat transfer problems in the design and development of computers, computer
servers and consumer, industrial and military electronics. Catalog of state of
the art heat sink designs for IntelŪ PentiumŪ, Xeon™, ItaniumŪ and
ItaniumŪ2 microprocessors at full rated power, in harsh environment, low
profile, 1U and blade applications.
HTI solves thermal problems in the server, portable and
blade markets. We identify solutions that satisfy thermal requirements and more
importantly, we can provide multiple solutions based upon price/performance for
an entire range of thermal requirements across a client family of products.
HTI's goal is to provide solutions to thermal issues and can provide a thermal
platform to take manufacturers into future generations of products. Our primary
expertise is in the low profile and high performance applications for blades,
1U, 2U, and PCI packages. We own patented positions in thermal technologies
enabling the design of passive, non-liquid heatsinks. Currently, one of our
SuperSink™ designs is approved for use in a 1U Itanium server.
